Course Description / Objective

This training provides you with the basics for understanding the steps of servicing and maintain the drive system PERFECT HARMONY. You know the control structure and the communication interface.

You are able to diagnose the state of the drive and to analyze faults. For this purpose you use the operator panel and remote service tool

Course Content

- Function PERFECT HARMONY. You are able to diagnose the state of the drive and power cells, interfaces, circuit diagrams

- Diagnostics and data backup with operator panel and remote service tool

- Procedure of the maintenance

- Alarms and faults

- Information for the replacement of the components

Note

The minimum participants for per class is 6/8 paxs. If the course registration participants do not meet the minimum no of paxs, the class will be re-scheduled.

- Course registration is on first-come-first-served basis.

- Full payment has to be made before commencement of the course.

- If participant cancels the course after receiving the official course confirmation, the following cancellation fees apply :

> Within 2 weeks prior to start date of course / after confirmation is sent : 100% of order value

> Non Attendance after receiving an official course confirmation : 100% of order value

The Center reserves the right to reschedule a course in any event, and in such cases, course participants can choose to withdraw without penalty.

Certificates will only be issued to participants with 75% attendance and course fee fully paid to Siemens.
