Course Description / Objective

This training provides you with the basics for understanding the steps of commissioning the drive system SINAMICS GM150. You know the contril structure and the communication interface. You are able to diagnose the state of the drive and to analyze faults.

For this purpose you use the operator panel AOP30 and the PC-Tool STARTER

Course Content

- Function SINAMICS GM150: Control unit CU320, power stack adapter PSA, rectifier, DC-link, inverter, interfaces, circuit diagrams

- Diagnostics and data backup with operator panel AOP 30 and remote service tool

- Procedure of the maintenance

- Alarms and faults

- Information for the replacement of the components

Note

The minimum participants for per class is 6/8 paxs. If the course registration participants do not meet the minimum no of paxs, the class will be re-scheduled.

- Course registration is on first-come-first-served basis.

- Full payment has to be made before commencement of the course.

- If participant cancels the course after receiving the official course confirmation, the following cancellation fees apply :

> After confirmation is sent: 100% of order value

> Non Attendance after receiving an official course confirmation, no-show fee of 100% of the course fee will be imposed

If Siemens cancels a Training without offering a replacement, Siemens will provide full refund. If Siemens postpones a Training, the postponement is deemed accepted unless participant cancels the Training within 3 days of receiving the notice; in case of cancellation, Siemens will provide a full refund. Certificates will only be issued to participants with 75% attendance and course fee fully paid to Siemens. Please choose mode of payment when you register your course.
