Course Description / Objective

In this course, we teach the know-how required for configuring and initial startup of the SINAMICS G120 drive system. Practical exercises using a SINAMICS G120 Training Case are an important component. On completion of the course, one will have mastered safe handling of the STARTER commissioning tool.

This allows one to effectively use different converter functions, optimize closed-loop controls, and thus achieve the greatest possible success when using the SINAMICS G120 system.

Course Content

- Design of the SINAMICS G120 drive system

- Commissioning and parameterization with the STARTER commissioning tool

- Converter functions (flying restart, brake, closed-loop control)

- Data maintenance

- Flexible signal switching with BICO technology

- Safety Integrated functions

- Diagnostics and troubleshooting

- Practical exercises using the training case

Registration Method

SITRAIN only accept training registeration by e-PASS. Please register our training courses thru e-PASS. Course Fee listed is excluding 7% GST

Note

The minimum participants for per class is 6/8 paxs. If the course registration participants do not meet the minimum no of paxs, the class will be re-scheduled.

- Course registration is on first-come-first-served basis.

- Full payment has to be made before commencement of the course.

- If participant cancels the course after receiving the official course confirmation, the following cancellation fees apply :

> After confirmation is sent: 100% of order value

> Non Attendance after receiving an official course confirmation, no-show fee of 100% of the course fee will be imposed

If Siemens cancels a Training without offering a replacement, Siemens will provide full refund. If Siemens postpones a Training, the postponement is deemed accepted unless participant cancels the Training within 3 days of receiving the notice; in case of cancellation, Siemens will provide a full refund. Certificates will only be issued to participants with 75% attendance and course fee fully paid to Siemens. Please choose mode of payment when you register your course.
