Target Group
A basic knowledge of CNC machines. Attendance on the ST-SERV1 course would be recommended.
Course Description / Objective
Introduction to Siemens automation world will be given before. Introduction to Siemens products used will be given. Components of the Sinumerik training related to 810D and focus on PCU50 and 840D PL control. This course is the first in a three part series which builds the very basic skills with Siemens products and engineering software in project design and application sustaining. A fundamental understanding of the whole system will enable you to precisely describe problems on your machine tool and solve them.

• Sinumerik System Overview and Configuring • Operator Panel and machine control panel • Components of a machine tools • Fundamentals of programming • Structure and tasks of a CNC Control • Backing up program data • Exercise will be to setup the system from factory setting
Registration Method
SITRAIN only accept training registration by e-PASS. Course Fee listed is excluding 6% GST
Note
The minimum participants for per class is 6/8 paxs. If the course registration
participants do not meet the minimum no of paxs, the class will be re-scheduled.
- Course registration is on first-come-first-served basis.
- Full payment has to be made before commencement of the course.
- If participant cancels the course after receiving the official course confirmation,
the following cancellation fees apply :
> After confirmation is sent: 100% of order value
> Non Attendance after receiving an official course confirmation, no-show fee of 100% of the course fee will be imposed
If Siemens cancels a Training without offering a replacement, Siemens will provide full refund. If Siemens postpones a Training, the postponement is deemed accepted unless participant cancels the Training within 3 days of receiving the notice; in case of cancellation, Siemens will provide a full refund. Certificates will only be issued to participants with 75% attendance and course fee fully paid to Siemens. Please choose mode of payment when you register your course.
