Course Description / Objective
| On completion of this course, the participant shall be able to: | - Know the components parts and the principle of operation of a SIMATIC S7 programmable controller and the rules governing handling of the hardware and basic programming of a SIMATIC S7.
- Be able to diagnose simple hardware faults or replace modules and carry out safe fault diagnostics thus reducing downtimes.

- System overview and essential performance features of the SIMATIC S7 system family.
- Program execution in the automation system.
- Configuring and assembling an automation system.
- Addressing and wiring of the signal modules.
- Hardware and software configuration of SIMATIC S7-300/400 stations.
- Introduction to SIMATIC HMI and PROFIBUS DP

The minimum participants for per class is 6/8 paxs. If the course registration
participants do not meet the minimum no of paxs, the class will be re-scheduled.

> Non Attendance after receiving an official course confirmation, no-show fee of 100% of the course fee will be imposed
If Siemens cancels a Training without offering a replacement, Siemens will provide full refund. If Siemens postpones a Training, the postponement is deemed accepted unless participant cancels the Training within 3 days of receiving the notice; in case of cancellation, Siemens will provide a full refund. Certificates will only be issued to participants with 75% attendance and course fee fully paid to Siemens. Please choose mode of payment when you register your course.
