Target Group

This course is aimed at planning, design and start-up engineer. Knowledge and skills acquired in course of SIMOCODE PRO Engineering & Commissioning are consolidated and extended to enable the participants to write and start-up as well as how the devices are linked together via PROFIBUS network.

Course Description / Objective

1. Be familiar with the SIMOCODE PRO system function.
2. Be able to design, write and test many different ways in which these devices can be implemented.
3. Be able to use diagnostic function.

Course Content

1. Overview SIMOCODE PRO functions (motor protection and control functions, monitoring and diagnostic functions, logic functions).
2. Overview SIMOCODE PRO components (current detection modules, basic unit, expansion modules, operator control modules, accessories).
3. Configuration SIMOCODE PRO in several applications.
4. Integration SIMOCODE PRO in S7 project via PROFIBUS network.
5. Integration SIMOCODE PRO in PCS7 project via PROFIBUS network.

   The minimum participants for per class is 6/8 paxs. If the course registration participants do not meet the minimum no of paxs, the class will be re-scheduled.

   - If participant cancels the course after receiving the official course confirmation, the following cancellation fees apply :
   
   > After confirmation is sent: 100% of order value
   
   > Non Attendance after receiving an official course confirmation, no-show fee of 100% of the course fee will be imposed
   
   If Siemens cancels a Training without offering a replacement, Siemens will provide full refund. If Siemens postpones a Training, the postponement is deemed accepted unless participant cancels the Training within 3 days of receiving the notice; in case of cancellation, Siemens will provide a full refund. Certificates will only be issued to participants with 75% attendance and course fee fully paid to Siemens. Please choose mode of payment when you register your course.
