Course Description / Objective

1. Know the components part and principle of operation of a SIMATIC S7–1200 programmable Controller and the rules governing handling of the hardware and programming of a SIMATIC S7–1200.
2. Use STEP 7 Basic Tools for generation, documentation, testing program and error detection.
3. Make and start up simple program for control task with S7–1200 Programmable controller and KTP Basic Panel.
4. Working with symbol list.
5. Working with program blocks
6. Data Management with Data Blocks.
7. Saving & documenting programs.

Course Content

1. Introduction to SIMATIC S7-1200 systems: Hardware system components and configuration.
2. STEP 7 BASIC Software : Software feature, functionality, installing, generate and back up program PLC SIMATIC S7-1200
3. SIMATIC S7–1200 Programmable controller communicates with KTP Basic Panel.
4. Basic, Standard and Special operations of SIMATIC S7–1200 Programmable controller.

   The minimum participants for per class is 6/8 paxs. If the course registration participants do not meet the minimum no of paxs, the class will be re-scheduled.

   - If participant cancels the course after receiving the official course confirmation, the following cancellation fees apply :
   
   > After confirmation is sent: 100% of order value
   
   > Non Attendance after receiving an official course confirmation, no-show fee of 100% of the course fee will be imposed
   
   If Siemens cancels a Training without offering a replacement, Siemens will provide full refund. If Siemens postpones a Training, the postponement is deemed accepted unless participant cancels the Training within 3 days of receiving the notice; in case of cancellation, Siemens will provide a full refund. Certificates will only be issued to participants with 75% attendance and course fee fully paid to Siemens. Please choose mode of payment when you register your course.
