Target Group

This course is intended for configuring engineers, commissioning engineers, decision-makers and service

personnel, or for personnel who want to work with WinCC for process visualization system, monitoring and

controlling a process machine.

Course Description / Objective

On completion of this course, the participant shall be able to:

• Be capable of programming WinCC for operator

• process visualization with fully graphical, object oriented

• User interface with windowing techniques.

• Be able to set up the bus connection with PROFIBUS

or Industrial Ethernet.

• Be able to connect to SIMATIC configuration world

(Signal list, programming device functions).

Course Content

• Overview of the WinCC system.

• Starting a project, connection to S7, and variable simulation.

• Graphics Designer & graphic display for HMI.

• Alarm display and alarm logging.

• Curve display and tag logging.

• User archives.

• Report designer.

• Background processing.

• Practical exercises.

   The minimum participants for per class is 6/8 paxs. If the course registration participants do not meet the minimum no of paxs, the class will be re-scheduled.

   - If participant cancels the course after receiving the official course confirmation, the following cancellation fees apply :
   
   > After confirmation is sent: 100% of order value
   
   > Non Attendance after receiving an official course confirmation, no-show fee of 100% of the course fee will be imposed
   
   If Siemens cancels a Training without offering a replacement, Siemens will provide full refund. If Siemens postpones a Training, the postponement is deemed accepted unless participant cancels the Training within 3 days of receiving the notice; in case of cancellation, Siemens will provide a full refund. Certificates will only be issued to participants with 75% attendance and course fee fully paid to Siemens. Please choose mode of payment when you register your course.
