Course Description / Objective

1. Know the components parts and the principle of operation of a SIMATIC S7  programmable controller and the rules governing handling of the hardware and basic programming of a SIMATIC S7.
2. Be able to use STEP 7 tools for documenting and testing the programs.

Course Content

1. Familiarization with the performance with the performance characteristic of PLC and programming devices.
2. Configuring the CPU and the I/O modules by Hardware Configuration.
3. Ability to structure, generate, document and put into operation simple PLC program with SIMATIC S7.
4. Be acquainted with structure and execution of programs in SIMATIC S7 programmable controllers.
5. Ability to use the STEP 7 tools for generating, documenting, use absolute / symbolic addressing and testing the programs.

   The minimum participants for per class is 6/8 paxs. If the course registration participants do not meet the minimum no of paxs, the class will be re-scheduled.

   - If participant cancels the course after receiving the official course confirmation, the following cancellation fees apply :
   
   > After confirmation is sent: 100% of order value
   
   > Non Attendance after receiving an official course confirmation, no-show fee of 100% of the course fee will be imposed
   
   If Siemens cancels a Training without offering a replacement, Siemens will provide full refund. If Siemens postpones a Training, the postponement is deemed accepted unless participant cancels the Training within 3 days of receiving the notice; in case of cancellation, Siemens will provide a full refund. Certificates will only be issued to participants with 75% attendance and course fee fully paid to Siemens. Please choose mode of payment when you register your course.
